Missoula, Montana -- I started buying VW TDIs for my family and friends when I became interested in bio-diesel and vegetable oil fuels. Soon friends of friends wanted me to help them find a good car. Word spread and now my passion has become a fully fledged hobby. While this hobby makes me a little extra money, I mostly enjoy helping people find a great car that is gentler on the environment. These diesel cars run well on bio-diesel and depending on the model, get anywhere from 35 to 50 miles per gallon. The well built and designed TDI motors will usually run for considerably over 200,000 miles without any major engine work, if maintained to recommended service specifications.
